An 8-week group coaching space for queer people who are fucking done with just surviving.

It’s a space to catch your breath, get honest, reconnect with yourself, and start building a life that actually feels good to live.

Who it's for

This is for you if:

  • You’re queer and burnt the hell out

  • You’re questioning everything, or you’ve already walked away from something big (like work, teaching, a career, a version of yourself)

  • You’re ready for change—but not the “just be more positive” kind. The real, rooted, deep kind

  • You want support from someone who gets it (me!) and a small group of brilliant queers who really get it too

What it is

It’s an 8-week group coaching programme, led by me—a coach who knows burnout intimately and who’s walked the same wobbly path out of it.

Each week we’ll explore a different theme, but this isn’t school. There are no gold stars or homework unless you want some. Just thoughtful conversations, practical tools, and space to talk about the things that don’t always get said out loud.

 

You’ll learn how to:

  • Spot burnout for what it really is (and why it hits queer people harder)

  • Dismantle all the crap you’ve been taught about who you’re “meant” to be

  • Reconnect with the parts of you you’ve had to hide, shrink or silence

  • Start showing up for yourself, without shame or apology

  • Build something new—on your terms

  • And you won’t be doing it alone.

  • 8 weekly 90-minute group calls

  • A private Substack group for support, chats, and "me too" moments between sessions

  • Weekly tools, prompts, and gentle nudges to help you go deeper

  • Me—holding space, asking questions, cheering you on, and keeping it real

  • A queer-affirming community where you don’t have to perform, explain or prove a thing

It’s less lonely. It’s more empowering. And it’s honestly where some of the best magic happens.

After 8 weeks you’ll walk away with:

  • A better understanding of your burnout (and how to stop getting sucked back in)

  • A deeper connection to you—your voice, your needs, your dreams

  • A plan (or at least a starting point) for what’s next

  • Confidence to make bold decisions that actually serve you

  • People in your corner, even after the programme ends

 

Some people go on to do 1:1 coaching with me, some stay in touch with their group pals, and some head off with fresh energy to build whatever comes next.

Pricing

The full cost for the From Burnout to Bold Living group programme is 

£300 (this includes all 8 sessions, weekly resources, and support between calls).

 

A payment plan can be arranged—please just bring it up with me on your consultation call. Payment plans don’t incur any extra charges and won’t stretch beyond the end of the programme.

 

I know money stuff can feel like a barrier, and I don’t want that to be the reason you don’t get the support you need. If you’re keen but feeling unsure, let’s talk it through.
