This is not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing

Unlike my group programme, where we follow a weekly structure, 1:1 coaching is way more fluid. You get to bring whatever’s on your mind—whether that’s burnout, identity, people-pleasing, big life decisions, or just needing to cry and say “I’m fucking tired.”

We’ll go at your pace. We’ll follow your lead. And we’ll make space for whatever needs untangling.

Some of the things we might explore together:

​

  • Understanding your unique experience of burnout (especially the bits queer people are rarely told about)

  • Unlearning the “good queer” conditioning, perfectionism, and people-pleasing patterns that are keeping you stuck

  • Reconnecting with what actually matters to you

  • Building courage to make bold choices—whether that’s leaving a job, setting a boundary, or finally starting that thing you’ve been dreaming about

  • Grieving the old version of you while building something new

  • Creating a life that doesn’t just look good on paper—but feels like home​

How it works

We’ll work together for a minimum of 12 weeks—because real change takes time. Any coach telling you they can work miracles in 6 weeks? They’re selling snake oil.

​

This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level hacks. We’re here to dive deep, explore what’s really going on, and make lasting shifts. Twelve weeks gives us the time we need to build a foundation for real transformation and start seeing the changes you’ve been craving.

​

At the end of the 12 weeks, we’ll review where we’re at. Some clients decide to keep going—maybe to set new goals, explore different areas of themselves, or keep the momentum. Others decide to go fortnightly for a more relaxed pace, while some feel ready to wrap things up.

​

It’s your path, your pace. No one-size-fits-all timeline. We’ll move forward based on what feels right for you.

Who it's for

This is for you if:

  • You’re queer and exhausted from trying to hold it all together

  • You’ve hit burnout (or you’re circling the drain and want to stop before you crash)

  • You’re ready to make a change—even if you don’t know what that change is yet

  • You’re craving a space where you can just be without having to explain or perform

  • You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be ready to start.

Pricing

1:1 coaching is £60 per session, with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks.
We’ll meet weekly, and I’ll invoice you at the end of each month for the sessions you’ve had.

There’s no need to pay everything upfront, and you’re not locked into anything beyond the 12 weeks—we’ll review things together as we go. Lots of clients choose to continue after that, sometimes weekly, sometimes fortnightly, depending on what feels right.

​

I know cost can feel like a barrier, and I don’t want that to be the reason you don’t get support. If you’re curious but unsure, let’s talk it through.
